Effective Monday, September 17, 2018, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is scheduled to implement the Next Generation of CM/ECF (NextGen).  All CM/ECF users who wish to e-file on or after September 17, 2018, must complete a two-step process to upgrade their accounts.  Click here for additional information

Due to routine maintenance, CM/ECF will be offline this Saturday, February 10, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (EST).

October 27, 2017

On November 13, 2017, the Supreme Court’s electronic filing system will begin operation.  While paper will remain the official form of filing as under existing practice, parties represented by counsel will also be required to submit most documents through the new electronic filing system.  Attorneys who expect to file documents electronically will need to register in advance for the system.  Additional information is available at https://www.supremecourt.gov/filingandrules/electronicfiling.aspx

The Miami offices of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals will remain closed through Friday, September 15, 2017.

September 12, 2017

The Atlanta staff offices of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, including the Clerk's Office, will be CLOSED on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.

September 11, 2017

The Miami offices of the Eleventh Circuit will remain closed on Monday, September 11, 2017 and on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.
