Media representatives can use the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system (www.pacer.gov) to search for documents filed in Eleventh Circuit cases. In addition, media representatives can register to receive notices when activity occurs in specific cases in the Eleventh Circuit. Instructions for registering to receive such notices can be found at https://www.ca11.uscourts.gov/e-filing/notices-cases-interest.

 

Oral Argument

 

Oral arguments held in open court in all court locations are live streamed. Audio recordings of oral arguments are posted on the Court’s website as soon as practicable after the date of argument. Oral arguments in national security cases and other cases not heard publicly will not be live streamed and recordings of those arguments will not be posted on the Court’s website. Schedules for oral argument sessions and links to live-stream oral arguments can be found at https://www.ca11.uscourts.gov/oral-arguments. 

 

The identity of a particular oral argument panel may be obtained two weeks in advance of the session by viewing the calendar under Oral Argument Sessions at https://www.ca11.uscourts.gov/oral-argument-calendars or by calling the Clerk Office (404-335-6100). See FRAP 34, 11th Cir. IOP 7.
