The website provides information about how the public can access federal court records electronically and have easy access to PACER and PACER-related applications. New features include:
• Mobile friendly design; • New tool to search for court-specific information; • Interactive format to search frequently asked questions; • Search engine has been optimized to improve content findability; • JSON and XML feeds of court-specific information; and • New accessibility tools.
In addition, two PACER applications—Manage My Account and Registration—have new designs to create an improved user experience.

On June 3, 2020, United States Circuit Judge William H. Pryor Jr. assumed the duties of Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and as Chairman of the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Council. In fulfilling the duties of the office, Chief Judge Pryor becomes the highest-ranking judicial officer in the Eleventh Circuit and fills one of the Eleventh Circuit’s two positions on the Judicial Conference of the United States, the principal policy making organization for the United States courts. Judge Pryor, who is stationed in Birmingham, Alabama, succeeds Judge Ed Carnes of Montgomery, Alabama, who served as Chief Judge from August 1, 2013 to June 2, 2020.

Members of the Eleventh Circuit Bar may now submit requests for Certificates of Good Standing and Duplicate Certificates of Admission as well as make payments for these requests via the Utility tab in CM/ECF.
Attorneys may now submit Applications to Appear Pro Hac Vice and payments through PACER.
All non-incarcerated pro se litigants may register at www.pacer.gov to file electronically using this Court’s Electronic Case Files (ECF) system (See 11th Cir. R. 25-3(a)). Information and training materials related to electronic filing are available at www.ca11.uscourts.gov/e-filing-cmecf-information.
