Due to scheduled maintenance, PACER users and CM/ECF e-filers may experience intermittent issues on Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 6:55 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time, including: 

  • Signing in to PACER or CM/ECF
  • Making payments through Pay.gov
  • Registering for a new PACER account
