PACER and CM/ECF Maintenance (Intermittent Service): A separate scheduled maintenance window may cause intermittent service issues for PACER users and CM/ECF e-filers on the same day from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, including possible disruptions when signing in to PACER or CM/ECF, or when making payments through Pay.gov. For reference, CM/ECF can be accessed directly at: ecf.ca11.uscourts.gov
