United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit

QUOTES DUE BY: Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is a federal court with appellate jurisdiction in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, and is requesting Open Market Pricing to complete a cyclical maintenance project in Atlanta, Georgia. The project will consist of the removal and installation of new carpet.
The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer, subject to the availability of funds. This request does not commit the government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the submission of your offer or to contract for supplies or service should none of the vendors meet the necessary specifications.
SITE VISIT: Friday, August 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET.
A site visit will be held in the Elbert P. Tuttle United States Courthouse located at 56 Forsyth Street NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303. Additional site visits will only be held if it is determined to be in the Judiciary's best interests.
During the site visit, prospective contractors will be provided paper copies of the drawings and given an opportunity to conduct field measurements of the subject area. Prospective contractors and their subcontractors are expected to attend the site visit to develop an appropriately responsive quotation.
