The United States Congress has not enacted appropriations legislation for Fiscal Year 2026. As a result, starting October 1, 2025, the judiciary is experiencing a lapse in appropriations. Despite this funding lapse, the Court of Appeals will continue to perform its Constitutional functions. We will remain open to provide access to justice in the Eleventh Circuit.
