Pay.gov is unavailable on Saturday, July 29, 2017, from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM (ET). Attorneys will not be able to complete Bar renewals during this time period.

Effective August 1, 2017: (1) the attorney admission fee will be $221 (comprised of a $181 national fee and a $40 Eleventh Circuit fee); and (2) the attorney renewal fee will be $20.

The Court has revised the following forms: (1) 28 USC § 2244(b) Application for Leave to File a Second or Successive Habeas Corpus Petition, and (2) 28 USC § 2255 Application for Leave to File a Second or Successive Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence. The revised forms can be found on the Pro Se Forms and Information page and the General Practice Forms and Checklists page.
