In order to provide all vendors with an opportunity to review both Docket Cards and Unpublished Court Opinions, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit will host a site visit on Friday, September 14, 2018, from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.  Vendors planning to attend the site visit should notify Nathaniel Sims at (404) 335-6201 by 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 13,  2018.
 
Visitors to all federal buildings must have current identification.  No weapons of any kind or cellphones are allowed in the building.  Paid hourly parking is available near the Court.  Parking will not be validated.

CM/ECF will be offline beginning noon (Eastern), Friday, September 14 through Sunday, September 16, 2018 due to the transition to NextGen.  As of Monday, September 17, 2018, in order to e-file or renew Bar membership with the Eleventh Circuit, e-filers must first have linked their upgraded PACER account to their CM/ECF accounts.  Click here for more information.

Beginning August 1, 2018, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit will accept original proceedings, including such documents as petitions for review and petitions for writ of mandamus, through ECF from attorney e-filers.  Please note that although documents will be deemed received as of the date submitted, the case may not be opened or docketed until up to 2 business days later.  Attorney e-filers submitting emergency original proceedings through ECF must still contact the Clerk's Office.  Click here for instructions on e-filing original proceedings.

Effective Monday, September 17, 2018, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is scheduled to implement the Next Generation of CM/ECF (NextGen).  All CM/ECF users who wish to e-file on or after September 17, 2018, must complete a two-step process to upgrade their accounts.  Click here for additional information
