The Clerk’s Office will be closed on Thursday, December 24, 2020 in response to President Trump’s executive order (available here). CM/ECF electronic filing will be available during that time. In accordance with FRAP 26(a)(1)(C), deadlines currently set for December 24, 2020 are extended to the next business day, Monday, December 28, 2020.
