Eleventh Circuit Libraries

The Eleventh Circuit Libraries were established to fulfill the research needs of the federal courts located within the three states of the circuit: Alabama, Florida and Georgia.  The libraries may be used, when library staff is present, by attorneys and pro se parties who have active cases before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Library locations are:

Florida

  • James Lawrence King Federal Justice Building, 99 NE Fourth St., Rm. 936, Miami

Georgia

  • Elbert P. Tuttle United States Court of Appeals Building, 56 Forsyth Street, NW, Atlanta (Circuit Library)

The Circuit Library in Atlanta is a Selective Federal Depository Library for U.S. Government documents. Public access to the government documents collection is guaranteed by public law. (Title 44 United States Code)
