Clean and Restore Marble in the
Elbert P. Tuttle U. S. Court of Appeals Building
Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (the Court) is a federal court established in 1981 to handle appeal cases in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.

As described in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ), the purpose of this cyclical maintenance project is to clean and restore marble and terrazzo throughout the Elbert P. Tuttle U. S. Court of Appeals Building, a designated National Historic Landmark.  In addition, the RFQ includes options for additional marble cleaning in the first-floor lobby, building stairwells, and elevator lobbies. Cleaning and restoration work shall be completed according to historic preservation guidelines issued by the General Services Administration.

The period of performance for this contract shall be completed within eight (8) weeks from the date of award.

The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer, subject to the availability of funds.
