Use the above search fields to locate the opinion you are looking for.

The keyword and case number search fields can be used as whole or partial searches.

Keyword Search: Search using any or all keywords, partial or whole that are included in the case description (style i.e. Name v. Name).

Case Number Search: Search using whole or partial case number. Do not omit hyphens for whole case number searches.

Date of Issue Search: Be sure to use numeric format. Exact dates should be searched in YYYY-MM-DD format. For instance, use 2003-08-01 for August 1st, 2003. If you wish to search by day only, use the two digit numeric representation of that day. If you wish to search by month only use the two digit numeric representation of that month, followed by a dash (for example 04- for April). Specific month/year searches would be YYYY-MM (for example 2003-08 for all opinions issued in August, 2003).
