Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (the Court) is a federal court established in 1981 to handle appeal cases in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.

As described in the attached Request for Proposal (RFQ), the purpose of this cyclical maintenance project is to restore the stonework on the existing floors, baseboards, and steps within the Elbert P. Tuttle U. S. Court of Appeals Building, a designated National Historic Landmark. Restoration work shall be completed according to historic preservation guidelines issued by the General Services Administration.

The period of performance for this contract shall be completed within seven (7) weeks from the date of award.

The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer. The Court has approved funding for this project.
